Nigel Monaghan is the partner in charge of the Litigation Department. Nigel has been a solicitor for over 25 years and regularly represents clients in Court. He is a member of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel and deals with divorce and the financial and children’s matters that arise from divorce and separation. His prosecution work for the RSPCA is regularly reported in the press, both locally and nationally. He also advises and deals with personal injury claims, employment matters and civil disputes.
